hi, my baby is 1year old. on March 17th he took his first step. after that he stopped walking itself. he is teething now. can teething delay their activities???

A. Hi during the teething phase kids feel irriated and show lack of interest in playing or other activities as they feel itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth
