A. Hello mom could be very possible of some food intolerance or food infection . Kindly try to recollect what all did he have last 24 hours . Give him only as much he can take and mostly keep him on liquids and fruits and very mild flavoured foods . Give him some saunf water . Some fruit with black salt like pomegranate or sweet lime , apple etc . If still he repeats then consult a paediatrician
