Hi my baby is 1month 19 days old..currently iam exclusive breast feeding my baby..I think my breast milk not sufficient for baby.can I introduce powder milk for my baby...if yes which brand powder milk is best for my 1 Month 19 days OK baby....

If your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Your baby is able to breastfeed well. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
