hi my baby is 18months old and I have done her vaccination today she has some temperature but her heart beat is very fast is it normal

A. yes temperature is common post vaccine baby on touch can have warm sole forehead and is a normal thing . Temperature above 99 farenheit at armpit level is considered as fever and needs medicines .  Can give calpol / Sumol / T 98 for fever and can be repeated every 6 hours . if fever does not subside with paracetamol and persists for more than 2 days then you need to consult a doctor for examination to know cause of fever . Fever after vaccine can or cannot be there so no worry about post vaccine fever .
