Hi, My baby is 18month old now. I am planning to stop breastfeeding because she is waking up more time at night for feeding. Please advise me on key process to follow

it is advisable to continue breastfeeding till 2 years
also at this age child is learning to progress from light sleep phase to deep sleep but this requires him to have a comfort like Breastfeeding it is completely normal for your child to awaken
