Hi.. My baby is 18days old.. She is not burping.. Shall I give Gripe water to digest mother's milk?

Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him
Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so.

Well If she has colic then she can be given the gripe water or the anti colic drops.
mom should not.use the food that causes gas and indigestion
burp her well after feeding
keep her in your lap in little tilted position
