Hi. My baby is 18 months old, we give her meals 3 to 4 times I a day but whenever we give her meal she poop after every meal.. If we give 4 meals then she poop 4 times if give 3 then she poop 3 times.. Even when we give her milk(cow milk) which she rarely accept to take. then she poop. We are very concerned about her health and weight. Plz guide what we can do for it. we already consult our doctor he has already given worms medicine for her.
