hi, my baby is 15 months old and i haven't got my periods yet after the first time i got it when she was 1 month old..i am still breastfeeding her ..

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello consult your Gynaecologist, generally after delivery periods starts around 5-8 months and in some ladies it takes time depending on mode of delivery,low Haemoglobin, stress, Harmonal imbalance.
Have iron rich foods and supplements in diet.
Spinach and other leafy greens, dates, raisins, pomegranate, sweet potato, flax seeds,Ragi, almonds, walnuts, carrot,beet root.
