Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. hi parent it is happened due to indigestion or due to stomach infection please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc
