Q.

hi my baby is 11 months old. still teeth didn't come. is it normal. she is 6.9kg weight and birth weight is 2.9kg. whether weight for this age is ok? she is active. she is sitting independently but crawling didn't start. are these normal

A. Hello mom babies are expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months & triple by the age of 1 year as such. by now the baby should be given soft consistency foods so almost nearing to family foods can be given to them.

A. she is taking solid foods (3 times a day)properly then also not gaining much wait. what will be the reason. what else can be done to gain weight.

A. See by the age of 9 to 10 with the child should learn to crawl and the teeth of the child can happen by the age of 17 months so there is no delay in that process so don’t worry about it but yes your child is definitely underweight by this age we expect a child to be somewhere around 9 1/2 kg
