A. It’s okay not to change your 11-month-old baby’s diaper overnight if it doesn’t cause leaks or rashes and the baby sleeps well. Many parents use high-absorbency diapers at night to avoid disturbing the baby’s sleep. However, if the diaper is heavily soiled or the baby has sensitive skin, it’s better to change it once during the night to prevent rashes or discomfort. Always apply a diaper rash cream before bedtime to protect the skin.
