Hi My baby is 11 months old and suffering from sneezing cold and cough .. I’m giving her a T Minic syrup twice a day . What food should be given to her for fast relief. What to be avoided or given for eating.

A. you can go for easily digestible food and warm died and vegetable soup and around 80% of the diet if the child is not comfortable taking the food and the child should improve in few days and you can give Tulsi ginger water
