hi my baby is 1 yr 29 days old,she is having fever since 2 days but no other complaints,what could be the cause, worried for covid 19 infection

it might happen because of viral infection.
I understand your concern but please don't get panic ,it is not necessary to have covid.
please keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
give warm water with Tulsi leaves and pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
maintain good hygiene.
if the temperature is 100f or above or if it remains for more than 3 days then please consult your pediatrician.
