A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need t ifo consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. ThenIt could just be a simple speech delay nothing else you can consult an ENT doctor to know if it is a speech delivered there is another issue and if your child is still not talking much then you can start taking therapy you can consult a speech therapist further for this issue
