hi my baby is 1 month old I m feeding breast milk and lactogen 1 bcz my breast milk is not sufficient,,and my baby is passing a gass it's too smelly is that harmfull or comman,pls let me know how to get come out from smelly gass

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggestvged by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
