hi, my baby is 1 month. he stool is very watery, foamy &frequently. and In a day 2 or 3 vomiting of milk. is it something should I care for?

In the current age of your child as you mentioned in this would be considered very very normal and common so it’s not a problem as the age will grow the digestion is going to be better after that you will definitely see a change in the situation of the motion that your child is passing
