Ma’am your child is not having proper weight I don’t know what was the birthdate of your child but right now minimum 750 g should have been more than the birth weight and your child is only 2 kg at the age of 1 1/2 months seems like your child hasn’t gained anything so I would recommend you to please start giving formula after confirming with your doctor
