Q.
Hi, my baby has completed 5 months 1. can I feed carrot? I am feeding apple in morning session and carrot at night time due to lack of breast milk. 2. could you please tell me fruits and vegetables to feed my baby at this age.

You cannot give food to the child before completing the age of six months if you alone your breast feeding you can definitely go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child but nothing else can be given before the age of six months you need to put a stop if you were already giving it
