Hi, My baby has completed 10 months. I am a working mother, and these days iam not getting to express sufficient milk to my baby for the next day. so is it okay to feed her cows milk?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. dear mum ideally breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby till 1 year, but if you are not able to express feed, then you can give the outside milk that you use at home.
