Hi, My baby has completed 10 months. I am a working mother, and these days iam not getting to express sufficient milk to my baby for the next day. so is it okay to feed her cows milk?

A. dear mum ideally breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby till 1 year, but if you are not able to express feed, then you can give the outside milk that you use at home.

A. So, which is best suggested in this case, formula milk or cows milk. which option will be the ideal one for a 11 months old
