Q.

Hi my baby has a 14 month old boy...can I feed oats in a breakfast...I already introduced the boiled oats in the morning but so many people said that that is not good for children.... is it good for children or not?? and what age we have to introduce the oats daily....so I am requesting to please clarify my doubt...

A. thank you madam... but my husband is thinking like that...oats are reducing the baby weight... and my girl also eats breakfast as oats.. but she becomes lean compared to before.. so he said that it is not good for babies.. can I give oats to my 8 year old girl for breakfast? Oats are reducing weight for kids?

A. Yes you can go to the child it is very healthy can be given from the age of seven months itself it’s a healthy food to be given oats is rich in fibre so very easy and light for digestion and overall good for health
