Hi. My baby had the tonsure last month and I can see hair growing around the head and not in the middle. Also can see small pimple kind of dots on centre head. is it because of any infection or what? please suggest me the best options for hair growth and for that small pimple kind of dots on head. attached the picture for reference. A. it may be because of heat weather conditions hot weather maintain hygiene follow good hair care routine as oil massage wash at least twice a week with mild take care
