hi..my baby had high fever of 104° on sunday. yesterday it reduced to 101° and today she has no fever until 12pm. now she has 100° fever. she is having cold and cough. is this something to worry ? do I need to take blood test? anybody pls help.

A. do give paracetamol syp for three days, after that if no improvement than, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
