Q.

Hi,my baby girl was 1 year old .she is feeling consipatation during motion from 4 days .i am feeding banana and more water ,please tell me solution for this problem

A. मेरा बेबी 14 माह का हो गया है, आज अचानक डाबर लाल तेल से उसके पैर का मालिश करने के कुछ देर बाद पैर में जगह जगह पर लाल लाल चकते निकालना सुरू हो गया। क्या यह एलर्जी है या किसी और तरह की समस्या..???

A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. here the diet modificgation should be triejd first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
