A. Hello mom healthy home made fresh foods & natural foods, Make sure ki preservatives & artifical flavours, packaged foods jitna ho paye avoid kare, read kare , usse brain activities karaye , puzzles , etc

A. hi give homemade freshly cooked food items add green veggies, multigrain food items, fresh fruits etc in your child diet Best to give soaked almonds and walnuts daily
