give healthy home diet
avoid prcocessed packaged food n beverages
outdoor play is important

Approximately 14 g is ideally considered good maximum 14 to 16 kg could be considered good at the age of three years of age but right now your child is little overweight as compare to the expected weight gain and even on the higher side if we expect this is on the higher side
