Q.
Hi, my baby girl is 6.5 months old, started feeding solids last month and so far I'm feeding cerelac/Nestum rice twice a day. Introduced banana this week, giving banana in the mid-morning and Cerelac in the evening. I want to know how many times can we feed the babies? when do we start giving dinner and someone help me with the timings as well please.

Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
and Dinner to be offered approximately 2 hours before bed time.
