Hi, My baby girl is 4 years old .She is getting fever around 100 for past 2 days only during afternoon. If I Gove one dose of paracetamol it subsides and it starts again at next day afternoon. She complains of sore throat and eye pain too.please give suggestions

A. hello parents. do guve her syp combiflame instead of paracetomol syp.. also give warm water ir warm soup to feed. if no cure ,better totalk to ur docor
