Q.

Hi My baby girl is 2 years 5 month old since yesterday she is having fever cough cold. and only her head and body is warm. i am giving only T98 drop and nebuliser lenolive 0.31. please tell me the medicine.

A. and cough and throat pain k liye kya dena chahiye baby ka weight 10 kg hai pcm ki quantity btaiye plz

A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 ore more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meete your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere
