hi my baby girl is 2 months old she is on mother fed and can we give medicine (colimex) right after feeding?

A. instead of colimex. you can give colicaid drops thrice a day regularly. give only breastmilk till completion of six months and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions

A. If You give any medicine right after feeding then your child will also throw up immediately once you give the medicine if they maintain a minimum gap of 40 to 60 minutes in between feeding time and medicine that you are giving to the child always remember that
