Q.

Hi! My baby girl is 2 months and 9 days old.. Her birth weight was 2.8 kgs. Now when i checked at home, it’s 4.8 kgs.. Is she gaining enough weight?!.. Also, she sucks for about 8-10 minutes and sleeps.. Is she getting enough milk?!..

A. baby is getting sufficient amt of feed if baby pee count is around 6 to 8 times and baby sleeps well... babies ideally gain around 600 to 800 g per month and should dpuble the birth wt at 6 mnths and three times the birth wt at completing at one yr it is exclusively breast feed recommended fr 6 mnths
