Hi,my baby girl is 2 and half years she is getting slimmer day by day what I should do I mean what kind of foods I can give to her

A. dear parent, for your 2 and half years old child, give five meals in a day. this includes two healthy snacks in between. the meals should be wholesome having a variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. Please give every thing whatever you making at home for your entire family that’s the right food to be given to the time for overall growth of your check if your child is moving on to its weight even after eating well then I think one time it’s going to be good for you to consult your doctor for that
