A. keeping food in mouth and not chewing properly is many times seen in children.
this can occur either due to loss of appetite as well as nutritional deficiency.
this can also occur due to tv mobile or screen time excess.
sometimes it is a part of habit in which the child does not like to chew solid food but can gulp down liquid to semisolid food.
it may also be associated when the child is not having any hunger but the parents want to feed the child.
please create interest by making different healthy recipes from food and eat along with the child.
use different colourful fruits vegetables and plates and spoons to create interest in the eyes of the child.
avoid tv mobile during family dinner or lunch or breakfast time.
involve the child in the food makinge process to create an interest.
inculcate healthy habits of eating food by practicing the same thing when you eat the food.

A. Hello dear parent! Do not force feed your child. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Try serving healthy foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for guidance
