Q.

Hi, My baby girl is 1 month old. she is 2.95 kg now and she was 2.75 kg while born. could you please tell is this the correct weight gain? or how to increase the weight further. she is breastfeeding 7 to 8 times a day. please suggest

A. yes Maam her weight is fine. babies will actually lose some weight after birth fir a few weeks and then they will start gaining weight. so with all that under consideration your baby's weight is fine. please eat well and frequently breastfeed. that is best for your baby . till completion of six months try and breastfeed exclusively.
