Q.

Hi... my baby girl entered 11 month last week. Till now, we have fed her breast milk and we are planning to feed her formula milk (lactogen) as breast milk is not sufficient nowadays. My question is can we mix formula milk in these items ( apple, carrot puree, raagi malt, uggu, rice kichidi)? if yes, how to mix? any recipes is really appreciated😊.

A. hello mama it's definitely you can make use of it you can make that in the end for example if you are making the daliya then first boil it properly and then in the end you can add formula milk in it and give the last boil otherwise child is going to complete one year also you can use normal milk in the preparation of the food as well
