Hi my baby girl completes 7 months now . Shes weight is 6.8kg . Is it fine . And what food i need to give to gain weight.

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Weight is pretty good within the range according to the baby's age.
As the baby is seven months old you can give three meals to the baby supplementing breast milk or formula milk.
can give dal rice khichdi ragi porridge sooji upma poha daliya curds buttermilk etc to the baby
add ghee seasonal vegetables in the baby's meals
give seasonal fruits to the baby
