hi, my baby doesn't pee when she is sleeping. she is 7 weeks old. using Pampers during afternoon and night sleep. sometimes she will pee after 8 to 9 hrs after waking up. overall pee count per day is 6 to 9. She is on breast feed.she takes feed in between sleep also . I am worried whether she is getting enough milk or not . this fine or any issue? please suggest.
