A. If you have indulge you child in mobile and tv . plz stop it. Blue light from mobile create hyperactive problem in children and poor sleep pattern which can make child overtired. Some children are natural active if you dont channelize the energy it will create problems. i suggest you to take him to park or ground every day make him run and swing or slide. Get a gym ball and make him bounce on that atleast 10 mins a day. Involve him in daily activities like put things, pick up and etc. Make sure he get tired and then involve him in softer and concentration activity like scrubbing or block etc. Be soft but firm. Dont shout or critize. I want to tell you ADHD cannot be diagose before 5 years. But i think he is just need space to run .

A. Hello dear parent! Your child definitely is hyperactive. Communicate more with your child. Spend more time with your child by telling stories and sing and play together. While doing so observe your child level of attention and response. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
