hi my baby boy is two year old and his weight is 14.5 and height is 90 cm. from last 15 20 days he is irregular in stool passing. please suggest tips.

Hello mom make sure he is physically active , is having fluids on a regular basis which include a few sips throughout the day , also fresh juicy fruits , vegetables , butter milk etc , is having home made fresh foods and avoid or limit if any ready to eat mixes , refined and processed foods as well
