Hi my baby boy is one year old is he not going to motion properly from one week passing very little but hard stool what should I do is this a problem should I consilt doctor which is best medicine

it means he is having constipation problem
so i advise to keep him hydrated at first.
offer few sips of water ,soup ,fresh juicy fruits more
