for good weight and health child should be having a balanced diet having all the food groups
now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello accordingly to the vorsth weight present qeoght is ok as it has tripled and and some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and include banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potato ragi etc which helps in kids growth
