A. Babies reach milestones at different times, Some develop skills more quickly compared to the others. However, if you are concerned that your baby isn’t holding his head up at 3 months,do Consult your doctor. Babies start holding their heads up slowly as they grow. Their muscle strength improves gradually, month by month. Its normal upto six months for complete head control. Practicing tummy time several times a day (for at least 3 to 5 minutes at a time) will help your baby gain the head control. Massage daily to strengthens their muscles.  once neet ur doctor
