Hi..My baby boy is 5 month 17 days old.. what supplementary food shall I start along with breast milk? Suggest me the dietary plan for him to start?

You can start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, ragi, mashed bananas, apple purée after your baby completes 6 months. Start giving one new food at a time to check the suitability and for better digestion. Continue breastfeeding. Use Babyhug tummy roll on.
