hi, my baby boy is 2 yr 6 m old.i noticed that a side of his throat is expanding when he cry or shout. why this happening?

A. Mam that is difficult to say you have to get examined with a throat doctor to know what exactly is the scenario and according to that they will be able to give you proper assistance on that please visit your doctor soon to know what is the situation also make a video so that you can show it to the doctor once
