hi My baby boy is 2 years now, would you please suggest the diet plan for his better mental and physical growth

A. Hello Include nutritious foods like walnuts, Almonds, fish, tik seeds, peanuts, green vegetables, chicken, Dal's, egg, avocado, paneer cheese to baby's recipes for healthy growth & mind development Donot give sugary drinks , packaged foods to the child.
