Hi my baby boy has 6 months old he got more sweat on head and under the nose. is it safe?

Sweating is common with kids as they maintain a higher body temperature than adult adults which is why they sweat a lot specially on the forehead and behind the head of the child and nasal area is also one place with a sweat can be more neck and other areas can also have a lot of sweat which is common
