hi my baby birth weight was2.25 due to heart issue she had open heart surgery also there was 2 hole now she is absolutely fine she is now 15 months old her weight is 7kg she is very very much active he diet is also good ......should i take tensn for her weight if yes plz help how

Even after surgery so child is not gaining then you should check with your doctor if I think you should just talk to Dr ones they will be able to help me with cholun supplement age required to go ahead with any of those that have to be quite helpful all around
