Hi My baby almost to complete 3rd month. She is sleeping night 6 to 7 hours as a strech, in between she is not at all passing urine in the whole night. Can anyone tell me is it normal or as a mother I want to do anything.

In morning time she is having frequent urination.
Only in bed time she is not passing.
