Hi My baby 40 days has some sticky discharge from left eye. What to do

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. The baby might be having blockage of the Naso lacrimal duct and you have to massage around that area. If it is not reducing then better consult an ophthalmologistWrite Your Answer Here

Hello ma’am Just keep cleaning your child’s eyes with a wet soft cloth every 3 to 4 hours and monitor it for a day or two if that thing subsides on its own then it is fine but if it still continue to be sticky then it would be better to consult your paediatrician or an eye specialist
