ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom check the weight as per his birth weight a full term baby tend to almost monthly weight gain between the range between of 300 Gm to 1 kg and the age of 4 to 6 moths they would double the birth weight .

Hi mommy Weight is absolutely normal The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there Have shatavari tablet with warm milk twice a day to increase bm Take care Burp well after every feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
