hi , my baby(1yr 15 days ) is suffering from loose motions from last 15 days. DOCTOR has advised to give oflox , eco-all and zinc .For how long it's normal for babies to suffer from loose motions? Is there any precaution or home remedies that we need to follow? please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is requgired give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermina two timegs 3 day

You just completely need to stop giving milk give more of banana sabudana where water or sweet code to the child along with that if it has been there for sometime I suggest you also get a stool test done for the child it seems like there is some infection building into the body of your childWrite Your Answer Here
